The record

The record, including the ones that went wrong.

Documented calls with the date, the level, the reasoning we published at the time, and what actually happened. The losses are in here permanently, for the same reason the wins are.

EVERY CALL, ONE LINE EACH

The record, as a table

Date, call, entry, exit and outcome, newest first. Each line opens the chart and the reasoning published at the time.

Outcomes are stated as the direction of the call, not as a return. Every figure carries its date, period and basis; the chart and the reasoning published at the time sit behind each line. Losses stay in permanently.

EVERY CALL, ONE LINE EACH

The record, including the one that went wrong

Four calls, with dates, the charts, and the reasoning we published at the time. One of them went against us. It’s in here for the same reason the others are: you can’t judge an operator on the wins alone.

Methodology

How to read this record

A record without a methodology note is a marketing asset. Here is what is in this archive, what is not, and on what basis.

01

What is included

Calls published to members before the outcome was known, with the reasoning as it was written at the time. Nothing is added retrospectively.

02

What is not included

Every position ever taken. This is an archive of documented calls, not a complete trade blotter, and saying so is part of the point.

03

The losses

Losses stay in permanently. They are not retired once they age, and they carry the same detail as the wins.

04

The basis for every figure

Each panel carries its date, its period and the basis for the numbers shown. A figure without a period attached is not information.

05

What this is not

It is not a performance record and it is not a forecast. Past results tell you how an operator thinks, not what happens next. [GATE]
